may nabalitaan na ba kayong guro na di naman qualified magturo dahil hindi tapos sa kolehiyo???!!!!

Pwede ho ba humingi ng tulong para sa medical assistance. Ako po si Liezel B. Bagang, dalaga at teacher sa Legarda Elementary School sa Sampaloc, Manila. Ako po ay may nasal cancer at kailangan na mag undergo sa radiation at chemotheraphy. Sa ngayon ako ay naka sick leave na walang bayad at kailangan ko ang hinggit sa 80k na pambayad sa nasabing hospital procedure di pa kasama ang gamot. As eye witness on the street of United states, one has observed loophole that need to be filled. The anchorage and stage theater request strict observation and may be possible slide changing. For example the call of national duty of able man can be substituted to national voucher to allow those who are intellectually able to pursue academic fulfillment.
During one stay on the street as homeless, one came to find tremendous mind wasting young able man with high IQ, smart in research and argumentation. We as a whole could capitalized into those by providing direct means of investment in school, college and universities of their choice. Just walk in any school and sit down, then take a course of interest to upgrade lack. Another approach will be the Dereck Jeret, baseball player who walks through the bank and asks to be paid without any informal status quo through keys.
We must facilitate easy approach to sanitize the debt of our citizenry, on the other hand those who desire to join the force must have directed disclosure of their duty and location of activities.

Hungry man and woman have no loyalties nor allegiance unless survival. The daily life becomes constant battle of equalization with basic need such as food, shelter and clothes. Things Must change with new strategy to fill our forces and help our local government runs smoothly. The professional environment requires hygiene, integrity and professionalism, to allow those things to match in harmony we must provide other alternative of distribution of wealth.
