DepEd has now officially announced, through DepEd Order 65, series of 2015, that its teaching and non-teaching employees will be receiving a Productivity Enhancement Incentive equivalent to one month basic salary. No information, however, was given as to the definite date that DepEd employees will receive the incentive.
Please read DepEd Order 65, series of 2015 (Grant of Fiscal Year 2015 Productivity Enhancement Incentive) and Executive Order 181 for more information.
We demand the immediate release of the PEI funds by the Department of Budget and Management, the prompt processing of the payrolls and relevant documents by the Regional Payroll Servicing Units and the DepEd Central Office, respectively.
In no way does this grant of the PEI quell our demands for immediate and substantial salary increases for public school teachers, non-teaching employees, and other government employees.
P25,000 minimum monthly salaries for teachers!
P16,000 minimum monthly salaries for non-teaching employees!
SALARY INCREASE SA SONA!
